If I just take PR1pak and don’t train, will I become a good runner?

No, the PR1pak will not “make you a good runner” simply by taking the product. The PR1pak will allow you to train hard and not break down as much, which will then make you a good runner. There are no short cuts to becoming a good runner.

Why are there so many pills?

The large amount of nutrition that is available in the PR1pak requires the number of capsules and tablets. It is simply not possible to concentrate these any further, and they have been designed to be taken with water or other fluids to facilitate easy ingestion.

If I take PR1pak, and eat only junk food, will I maximize my running ability?

No, the body requires many macronutrients for complete nutrition, such as high quality protein, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables, and carbohydrates. These are important for fueling and rebuilding the body. For optimum performance, PR1pak is designed to enhance an already balanced and healthy diet.

When should I take PR1pak?

Take it 2 hours prior to exercise, with some food or drink.

Is PR1pak safe and legal?

PR1pak contains NO ingredients that are listed under the banned substance list for the World Anti-Doping Association (WADA), United States Anti-Doping Association (USADA) and the United States Track and Field Association (USATF). They do not offer any written certification or approval for a supplement, but we have had a third party laboratory analyze our product to ensure it falls under the guidelines for the above governing bodies. While there may be some enhancement, the benefits will be minimal as compared to using the product for many weeks and months. The benefits of increasing endurance occur over time, and the product should be used for at least a month.

If I don’t feel PR1pak has been worth what I paid, can I return the product and get my money back?

Yes. If you do not get the results that you expected from the product, simply send the unused portion of the supply back to us, and we will refund your money that you paid. This offer applies up to two (2) months of PR1pak. In addition to the cost of PR1pak, we will give you an additional 10% of your money paid for the product in return for your inconvenience.

Will PR1pak help me to recover faster after a hard workout?

Yes, PR1pak contains two adaptogens, which will help your body react better to high levels of physical stress. Both ciwujia and cordyceps have been used in Asia for centuries to improve the body’s ability to adapt to high levels of stress, such as climbing Mt. Everest. Both have been shown to increase the body’s ability to use oxygen and increase endurance.

Can I take PR1pak year-round?

Yes, the ingredients in PR1pak are safe enough to take year-round. But, empirical evidence has shown that the optimal time to take the ingredients is during intense training months. For most elite athletes, this is 9-11 months out of the year. During the off-season, you can refrain from using PR1pak and recover from the previous season.

I am a runner and I am already very lean. Will PR1pak make me too lean?

No. The main fat-loss ingredient in PR1pak is conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which has been shown to be very safe for all levels of body fat percentages. The exact nature of fat loss for CLA is not entirely understood, but it has been scientifically shown to prevent the adding fat to the body, particularly in the abdominal region. Studies have shown that CLA has more fat-loss effects with higher body fat percentages.

I am a female athlete and I am concerned about my iron intake. Does PR1pak have a good source of iron?

PR1pak has the most absorbable iron available, which is Ferrochel®. Women have a dietary iron requirement of 15mg/day, while men require 10mg/day. Endurance trained athletes may require more than this. Ferrochel has been shown to be 5 times as absorbable as the leading iron fumarate, and because it bonded to an amino acid chelate, it does not compete with calcium for binding sites.
